Bad communication skills don’t fight for you like a defense lawyer should and didn’t evening win the case for my man but kept telling him everything looks good now his doing time for something that was not evening his definitely would not recommend her….

If you ever want to pay someone to not do anything, forget to call you back, and mostly just talk to the nice lady running the phone…..

She does not communicate! Anytime you call, they seem to always be on vacation. My fiance has waited for 2 months for communication about his last court date which is tomorrow and has no answers! She sure gets you hyped up in the beginning but then just ghosts you as the months go by. She hasn't done anything to get our case dropped when clearly all the evidence is stacked against the state and the state literally has nothing.

Ms. Slaughter has helped me with several issues over the past few years pertaining to divorce, parenting plans and assisting with enforcement needs. Although these aren't pretty issues everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. The part I like most about Ms. Slaughter is her desire and ability to handle a lot of problems outside of the courtroom. She was able to work with the other side to come to agreements without years of going before the Judge. Another 5 stars for Deborah who assisted with my case and made the process smooth while explaining all the steps.

She took 7 months to do what I hired her to do. Because of the time frame there was a lot of hardship with my son's schedule. I agreed to something I shouldn't had too, only because I wasn't going to use her in front of a judge with her mindset. I would had to fire her and hire someone else. I don't have time to fight everyone. If she smells a chance of making DOR a dollar she'll throw you and your child out on the streets to make her little friends happy. She seems to work more off self belief then logic or reasoning.
