You were very sweet very nice lady and I was in a situation where I had to talk with another attorney to find out what to do is bad that I had to do that, but it is well worth talking to you because you were very professional and very helpful and I thank you and I would recommend anyone to y’all.

Do not use lawyer. His service was 0/10. From day one I had issues. I started this process in January and its now June 6 months later. Every time you try to call no answer or being told they will call you back. William Casey himself is very rude not people oriented I don’t understand how he made it this long. I went to court and after my court which there were issues no one reached out to me and when I went to contact, I was told I would get a call back. Never received it I called, and Casey hung up in my face. RUN DONT THIS LAWYER. wouldn’t recommend to my dog to file bankruptcy. there no way people keeping this pig of a human in business. Williams Casey is a rude individual and a disrespectful disgusting one at that. Neglective and non-communicating lawyer. Very distasteful. Hate I spent my money with him. I thought Memo was better, but he did the exact same thing that Casey did. They are all unprofessional and has no people skills.

I will be the first to admit that Jay is not a traditional Lawyer. The man has more intelligence than most I have seen in his practice. He has very high standards for the people that work for him. Mr. Casey gets the job done and goes beyond what any other attorney in Mobile will or can do. He has also helped me out numerous time with no charge. My credit after 2 chapter 11's then a full chapter 7 was horrible. He told me what to do to get it built back up rather quickly. I now have al,ost excellent credit 4 yrs later. My credit was goo9d last year but I will be buying a home soon thanks to Jay. Job well done sir. Sincerely Nancy

As much as I dislike writing bad reviews, I feel an obligation to be honest about my experience with Casey Law Firm and Mr. Casey himself. I was going to hire him to file my bankruptcy but I don't drive so he sent his legal assistant out to my house. That's where the trouble started. I don't live in Mobile and that's where she was coming from. I couldn't seem to get a clear directions to her so when having a conversation with Mr. Casey well let's just say it was condescending and insulting. I had written and posted a review but I removed it, not because it wasn't true but as a favor to her. But I can't understand why someone would work for someone who doesn't treat them right. Oh well it's her life. He may be a good lawyer for certain people but not for me.

Jay is intelligent, and loves a challenge. What more could you want in an attorney ?? I’ve used Jay, so has my daughter, and he won for us . Will definitely use him again l
