Thank you Roland and Vicki for making this hard time easier and for being there for my mom when she needed you for anything and for also being there for me during a time I needed help most. It is a Blessing to have someone like your office in my corner. Thank you.

Mr. Jeter was able to get me in to see him quickly to discuss my case. He gave me best and worst case scenarios and was open and honest about all fees. He was able to get my case resolved with minimal fees. Many attorneys wanted triple what I paid. His paralegal was the best. She was always responsive and reassuring. I would refer them anytime!

I asked him to look over my Will 9 months before & he OK'd it. This visit he said my Will wasn't done correctly. He told me because I didn't probate my husband's Will, I didn't own my house. Even tho everything was given directly to me & the house was put in my name, plus the deed said my husband's name "and" my name. Mr Roland bad mouthed me, my decisions, altho the Court had registered everything, Mr Jeter insisted my dead husband (40 yrs he's been dead) owned half the house & I owned half, & Mr Jeter said I couldn't do anything about it, that I couldn't sell the house or give it to anyone in my Will because I "didn't own it, only half of it." However, I showed him the deed is in my name free & clear. I had even paid the house off over 32 years ago! I finally just picked up my papers, said "Thank you for your time" & left. Stay away from this man. He doesn't know what he's doing. His attitude is nasty about everything.

Person that answered the phone sounded like she hated me for calling. I hung up.. Customer Service 101, put a smile on your face when you talk.. it comes through... Edit* Amazing... I have no idea what your are talking about, I am trying to find a lawyer to assist with changing the last name of my 4 person family. But goes to show that I made the right choice in not staying on the phone. Best of luck J. Roland Jeter, P.C. ***It doesn't look like anyone else can see it but me, but this placed responded to my review stating that they believe I was involved with someone else who was trying to "make their business better" or something. So I'm not the only one that feels this way apparently. Anyways, avoid these guys. I ended up doing the name change myself and thankful I didn't have to give one dime to J. Roland Jeter, P.C.
