Well, at first, we loved the guy, seemed awesome, like he cared and wanted to help us. Provided everything he needed and then some, probably the most organized he’s ever received from any client before… when it came down to getting the final decree checked over, we found errors, not his office, they went ahead said they were fixed, signed on our behalf and the errors are still there.. still waiting for them to be fixed, very disappointed how this went, is still going… Update: it's now 07.19.24 still no response from the lawyer on any updates, we couldn't be more disappointed by how non existence their customer service is. We understand the court systems can take their time, but they can't ever give us any updates or reassurance they haven't forgotten about us, this was their fault, not ours, they should be trying their best to fix it and make it right, they have ignored my last two emails..

John is a tough and uncompromising lawyer. Outstanding results on my case and professional service. He truly will stand up for your rights to litigate the best outcome possible. I highly recommend J.W Anderson.

The reviews say it all. My experience with John Anderson showed me just how much he really cared. He went above and beyond on my cases, when I was ready to give up. He knows the law inside and out. John Anderson will fight for your rights and stand right there beside you while doing so. John, is a very personable guy and gets along with everyone. He not only knows the law backwards and forwards, he is friends with everyone that works in the court house, he is just that type of guy. He’s a good old school kind of guy, that I strongly suggest. Just to let you know the results of my cases because of John Anderson, all my charges were dropped when it appeared to be against all odds. John brought the true results to the table.

*update* The check was just mailed out today 8/24! I was told that it would be put in the mail on 8/13! I sent 2 emails one last Friday and another yesterday that went unanswered so I called! I understand schedules change but it would be a little nice if clients were kept in the loop if that happens esp when they have been expecting a check back for over a week! I would recommend John himself but not so much his staff that works with him! Asked for my case to be non suited in June of this year. I would call and check the progress and I would be told someone would call me back or they’re working on my final bill. It wasn’t non suited till August! That was after I messaged Mr. Anderson directly! I received a call on Friday Aug 12th that the remainder of my retainer would be send out the next day. I do fully understand how the USPS works. But we are now almost a week and half since the check was suppose to be sent out! And still no check. I live out of Belleville about an hour and half away so I can not drive out there to pick the check up due to work and my kids schooling. I have sent emails asking if the check has been sent out and those emails have gone unanswered! John is great and works great with his clients. The issue that I see at this time is the staff that works in the office! I will be happy to change this review when the check has arrived and the non communication issue that I have had since I retained John are fixed! Even before I non suited the case I was having to call them for updates on my case and wasn’t getting very clear answers from his staff
