Shantell Williams doesn’t return phone calls. My father’s disability claim had been approved but after his passing. Im sure they did that on purpose. They knew my father was sick. I’m the one to inherit the claim but now they’re only trying to reimburse me $8,000 for funeral expenses. So where is the rest of the money going? These people are crooks and thieves and I will use every resource in my power to bring them down. Why is it ok for these people to steal my father’s money and only give me $8500 for a claim that’s been backdated for over 20 years? Thieves. They’re avoiding me because they know they messed up. I’m not accepting these people stealing from me.
Wish Christopher was still there, but the other lawyers are awesome at their job. I'm glad that Karen no longer works there; she hardly ever returned phone calls and emails. Other than that, I've been with them since around 2017, so they must be doing something right!
Jackson & MacNichol did an outstanding job assisting me with my claim. After multiple attempts in over 14 years, they were successful in getting my claim approved. I would recommend this law firm to any veteran needing assistance with managing your disability claim. Forever grateful, D.D.
I began receiving the services of Jackson & MacNichol back in 2012, after being denied service-connection by VA. The Law Offices of Jackson & MacNichol, stuck with me through several more denials, C & P exams, appeals, remands, and two separate hearings before The Board of Veterans Appeals. It was in February 2023 that I had a virtual hearing with the second judge, regarding my legal arguments. At conclusion of that session, the case was put on hold, pending request for a "nexus opinion" by my attorneys. This nexus was obtained from Dr. Ronald Wilson PsyD, who did AN OUTSTANDING JOB, writing and submitting, expert evidence, detailing symptoms resulting from my three diagnosis, including how they were aggravated, during time serving in the US Air Force. Following receipt of that documentation by Dr. Wilson, within five months, the Presiding Judge made a rare decision, and granted me service-connection at the Board, with 100 percent rating. Many thanks to Jackson & MacNichol for everything that was done to win my case and acquire 11 years of retroactive benefits in my favor. I WOULD DEFINITELY recommend this law firm to family & friends.
Excellent for Veterans compensation representatives and dedicated to serve the veteran in need of assistance. If case isn't won, no charge to veteran...if veteran wins, only 20% of settlement is taken instead of 33%.
