He explained that an in use seasonal Oil tank can be legally Operated. The furnace was replaced 11 months before. It was replaced with a $10.000 state of the art furnace and before replacing. The tank was acustically and passed with flying colors. Mr Jacobs dealt with this Ignorant accusation that I pay for removal. Dig up my backyard. And buy her a new natural gas unit. Bizzare Behavior at its lowest....Mr Jacobs handle the transaction of the closing of my home. Set up a trust fund for my mother's well being. And handle finding me a beautiful condominium to dwell. If not for My Jacob my mother and I would be homeless. We had great equity in my house sale. Mr Jacobs saved our lives Completely took charge of the situation to the closing. I am eternal Grateful for your brilliance in your profession. Your a true humble Man. There is no better. He is a Harvard Graduate. And his fees are below his standards... Don't trust the rest.
