Not particularly impressed. Gave all my details about my upcoming case to Amanda Jacobson's assistant, including the dates and the fact it was a 2-day trial. I was then passed on to Amanda Jacobson, who proceeded to tell me she couldn't handle a 2-day trial on the dates in question. Ching-ching - that's the sound of a cash register ringing out for a $150 'consultation fee' - marvelous! Any firm with integrity would have seen to it that no such charge was levied, or that I was at least refunded because of the assistant's mistake.
