PLEASE find another lawyer if you want to win. These people are heartless they don't care about anyone in the community. The WORST lawyers EVER. They will sell you out. With my mother case, she was hit by a cab driver. THEY LOST THE CASE. I really believe they didn't even bother with her case, I really believe they cooperated with the insurance lawyer to Lose the case. They did nothing to provided proof of what happened. Not even a video of what happened. The accident happened on fordham rd in the morning when everyone is going to work or school. Absolutely nothing. The case was over so quickly and they wanted my mom to sign a paper stating she will not sue them insurance company in the future. Yep. Sell out. So go somewhere else. They don't even deserve 1 stars.

They took my case when others weren't interested and got me an award 15 times what another law firm estimated my case was worth. Everyone there was very professional and helpful. Hopefully it will never happen again but, if I ever find myself in need of a law firm again I will not hesitate to call Jacoby & Meyers first.

I was in a car crash in the Bronx when someone rear ended the car I was in. At first I didn’t think I was hurt too badly but the pain in my neck and back got worse and worse. I saw the Jacoby & Meyers law firm ad where David slew Goliath and they asked “Who will stand up for you?”. I knew that was the firm I needed to stand up for me and they did a great job doing that. Everyone was super nice and answered all my questions. The trial lawyer treated me like family, she even came over for dinner and I knew she was fighting hard for me. When the insurance company didn’t offer a fair amount I knew she would fight at the arbitration and I was right. Definitely hire Jacoby & Meyers if you are in a car accident.

We had the most amazing trial attorney at Jacoby and Meyers. Her name is Sharon Scanlan and she worked so hard on my sister Alfonsa’s case. My sister was hit by a car in a parking lot and was really hurt. Sharon fought so hard in court for her. Sharon was really well liked by the people in the Court and did so much for my sister on her case. Also Missy our case manager was so helpful. It is a great firm and I highly recommend it to anyone with an injury case.
