The attorney Phil Stein is awesome. I sent a message over the weekend on the Law Firms website and was contacted by Phil and we spoke Saturday and Sunday.

Jackie has been extremely patient with me to say the least. It has been really great being able to have someone on my side even I've felt like no one is. She has always came through even when difficult situations have came our way. She is direct, honest, levelheaded, and reliable. She follows through and has alleviated A LOT of stress for me and my family. Something told me not to call another attorney after finding Jackie in November. When speaking to her in November I was in a dark place. It was hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel. She listened to me(before even getting paid) for probably 30 minutes and I went on and on. I was in tears throughout most of the conversation. She showed compassion to my situation without judgment when it is easy to judge my situation. Her office staff is really great as well. They are very prompt and available. If Jackie is unavailable they are on it. Jackie responds very quickly. Most emails get replies within minutes. She has truly went above and beyond. She's put up with a lot from me and has been beyond patient with me to say the least. It's scary being involved with the law especially in Johnson County, Ks, so it's easy to live in fear. Jackie and her experience has made an unbearable situation bearable. I was not even going to get an attorney but I called just because my fiance wanted me to... thank goodness I did. I would have faced all of my backup time NO QUESTIONS ASKED had it not been for Jackie. I would recommend Jackie for sure. She's seen me through. I am not even done with everything but I know that I am in good hands.
