I am so happy that I found Jafari Law group to patent an invention for me. it was my first time trying to patent something and they got the patent for me. David and Saul are lawyers who are very professional, patient and caring. They sat with me for many hrs ro make sure it was done eight. Very easy to talk to. Like a friend. If you need patent attorneys that are capable professional and meticulous, these guys will stand by your side and go to bat for you. My experience was excellent with them. Reached out to this firm to Trademark my business name. Paid them nearly $1000 and provided all documents requested by Saul Acherman in September of 2020. On Feb 2021, Saul sends me an email stating that rejected and I had 2 days to respond. Saul received this request from the USPTO months prior to the deadline and failed to notify me until the deadline had approached. I paid $1000 for this firm to take care of my trademark and they did not do their job of notifying me when I needed to provide more documents, instead realized they forgot to notify me until 3 days prior. And they'll' just pocket your money and apologize

Jafari Law Group provides excellent service and customer support. I got my patent approved quickly, but most of my claims were disallowed. My attorney (Saul Ackerman) requested an interview with the Patent Examiner and got ALL of my claims allowed. In addition, once my patent was approved, David Jafari gave me excellent advice on how to monetize my patent. Very competent, professional and good people to work with!
