After meeting with countless attorneys, who just were not a good fit. We meet with Mrs. Carter and immediately knew she was the perfect person to represent me. *Sunshine Mouton*Am in a similar situation currently, Mr.Gott entered a plea and reset my girlfriends court date for three days after however, neither him, his law office or the bonds company informed us. A warrant was posted for her arrest. She is currently in jail with no bond for a court date we never knew existed. We were also told he was out of town. No one seems to care about the situation or the peoples lives that they are effecting.

I decided to review after speaking with 2 people in this office, Dacey (5-9-22) and Jamie (5-11-22). I expressed my concern that my X husband was arrested due to a technicality because I was under the impression his court appointed lawyer Matt Gott failed to have the reset form filed. Jamal got arrested because he missed a court date that he was under the impression was reset to a later date. I believed him because the bail company also did not have the correct court info and were unaware of the court date he missed in February. When I called on both occasions both Dacey and Jamie were rude and spoke in a condescending tone. Dacey said there is nothing she could do because the attorney Matt Gott was out of the country, so I suggested email, but was denied that choice. When I spoke to Jamie today she informed me she had already spoked to the bail bonds lady several times and said it was not a discrepancy. I am not sure whether there was a mistake on the lawyer's part or not, but it's just the fact that they lacked compassion in this situation and felt the need to talk to me like neither my concern or my X husband possible being incarcerated due to a mistake was anything they would put any effort into dealing with. I would like to have been explained their point of view in a respectful and caring manor, but I do understand you can't expect that from everyone.

Nice downtown Liberty location. Luckily the cross road was not too busy at the time of my interview. It does get rather busy at the end of the business day, traffic wise.
