Horrible, the wife of Ex san juan major seems to be the one to decide if you get to see the judge or not. She decided if she feels your concern is important enough for the Jude to hear you. Other than that she will tell you "judge dosent have time to be wasting" on you. (To put it nicer words). if you need help the staff of judge Bobby Contreras are extremely caring and attentive. Wonderfu attitude in person and over the phone.

If i could give this office no stars i would, they need to rehire new office staff. The ladies that work there obviously hate their job. (Lady in stiletto's and crazy cat eyeliner)They are super arrogant and rude. They seriously need to work on their customer service because they are horrible. The only person that has been helpful is Mr.Jasso. Aside from that their staff is just there collecting a paycheck and hating their jobs.

The clerks that attended were rude and arrogant. The woman and older man spoke upset took very long to attend me and seemed like they don't want to do their jobs, very rude to the public ,were not even busy attending other people having bad attitude. The honorable judge Jaime Munoz has front desk employees where pay tickets with the worst service to the people.

The front ladies hate their job or something because they are very rude to their elders, they speak in a very condescending tone and they treat you like you’re dumb Whatever happened to empathy towards your elders? That’s not right, there’s no professionalism whatsoever They act like it’s a chore explaining to you the datails of what you need to do… It’s your JOB!! Don’t get all fed up an raise your voice just because your elders want you to explain it to them again That is not the way

Went in to pay a ticket and some lady in stelleto's was very rude and arrogant. I walked in saying I was there to give them a money order and she goes, "do you have the ticket with you? Can I HAVE the ticket?" Ended up pulling up a previous ticket like she didn't know what she was doing. My boyfriend was only trying to help so he clarified that that wasn't the ticket and she turns to him saying, "okay I have the no seatbelt, did you have another ticket you needed to pay, Miguel?" ..He never told her his name. This one was just overflowing with attitude. Too much arrogance not enough justice!
