I’m looking at these negative reviews posted below, scratching my head. I’ve in fact had a wonderful experience with the Burkhalter group. I’m a small business owner and don’t have a lot of spare cash laying around, but the Burkhalter group has been extremely helpful, responsive, and attentive to my ever-changing needs. They do my payroll, my personal and business taxes, are able to do business consults if I’d like with Tab, and did my bookkeeping for a hot minute. They also fixed an old tax return that a different CPA I used did for me, and found a bunch of errors, resulting in finding me money back. Love this business. Thanks guys!

I was with the original owner for 15 years and was very pleased. Since ownership changed hands it is a hard firm to work with. I have never seen a less customer oriented organization in my life.

It USE to be a great group but now, since changing hands, I will not use them anymore. Definitely not the same as it was and not who I want handling my business.

Worst experience ever. I highly recommend you avoid this practice. I could give more detail, but I don't care to do anything but warn other caution with this practice. They clearly do not want to make money from small businesses.

Horrible customer service and communication. We used to be a customer until the new management that does not care about their customers!
