I walked into James Payonk office 1 1/2 years ago...for a malpractice lawsuit...he had me sign papers to not discuss my case with any other lawyer ...although he has not communicated with me since i walked into his office...1 1/2 years later he sends me back all my paper work telling me to find another lawyer because he knows that a malpractice lawsuit you have to present within 2 years and he did nothing..now there is no lawyer that wants to take my case in such short time left...i suggest you not waste your time on this lawyer..he will hold onto your case and no nothing...i called him several times also..no call back
