Counseled our landlord to file an eviction 24 days early. When I spoke with the BAR, he has one-hundred and ninety-something open complaints against him already. Regardless if you are a landlord, a tenant, or anyone else seeking legal counsel-- I'd highly recommend searching elsewhere.
We are commercial property managers and these guys are the best around. Tim is very professional and does a great job, and the office support staff is so responsive and great to work with. Very reasonable price wise and I highly recommend these guys.
So corrupt! They file fake evictions and file false allegations! 10 years later!!!!! If you have to deal with this corrupt attorney, call the attorney general first then get an attorney, you will be royally screwed! Even knowing you've done everything you should legally and even with proof, you will still be screwed! They do not care who they affect! Dealing with anyone in the office is no use, they are rude, disrespectful and dishonest. That will squeeze you for every penny, file false reports and then make you pay them to remove them.
Was a landlord for many years. Tried some of the "big names" to no avail. I only got to speak with Paralegals. Finally was told about James & Timothy Deans. Will never look back. If you want attorneys who know and understand the law, this is the place. Serious and efficient attorneys.
My husband and I made several attempts to contact Mr. James Deans and Mr. Timothy Deans regarding a civil matter to which we were responding. They displayed both unprofessional and unreasonalble telephone etiquette. Both attorneys had interrupted us during the calls and prevented us from obtaining the correct amounts to which we were supposedly responsible for, only demanding that we pay the 'unquoted price'. My husband and I were asked 'How much money do we have today?' We asked in return, 'What amount is required for us to pay to settle this matter completely?" They asked again 'How much money do you have today?' in a demanding tone while failing to disclose the said amounts. We were told by both attorneys that 'apparently I have the same problem as my husband that we cannot answer a simple question.' We called on two occasions to get the amounted quoted to us due to the deligerant and rude behavior of these two gentlemen I would not recommend this law office for your civil matters.
