James Abbott did an excellent job representing me in a family matter. His integrity during the process was 10/10, the communication was 10/10, as there were multiple check-ins through the process and I was able to call and get answers to any questions within an hour. (Even during the Christmas Break!) In my case, James was 100% honest, forthcoming and thorough about the process. I won't think twice before hiring James again if I ever need to! (But hopefully i wont ;) )

Mr. Abbott and his staff were great. he told me my case would be done in about 6 months and it got handled a lot quicker that. I would Highly recommend him and his staff to anyone needing their services.

Let me start off by saying I live in Washington. My dad lived in Amarillo and my dad passed on Monday by Thursday morning. I was in Amarillo trying to figure out a lawyer called James’s office and spoke to them. They assured me everything would be fine and that afternoon I was sitting in their office going over what would happen, and they started me in a almost year long process of dealing with my dad’s estate being his ex-wife, was fighting it Jerry one of the gentleman that works for James was always happy to answer my questions always willing to help and always trying to be a friend. I am very grateful for them and everything they did for me. I would recommend them to anybody 100% it is an amazing law firm that I would happily work with again. I didn’t feel overcharged. I didn’t feel like they I ever was a bother, but they always were there to help me no matter the situation or what I was going through and they were happy to talk if you want somebody that cares about you they’re the people to go to. I know they always have my best interest at heart.

My father passed and Jerry has been a great help. This place has attorneys that knows what to do. They are so knowledgeable about what needs to be done. I will say call them first it's the best decision.
