Very sad, The mediators job is to assist the parties to come to an agreement to avoid a lengthy trial. Unfortunately the main objective is to have the parties agree to terms both parties agree on. The mediator repeatedly came on our room and absolutely scared us into accepting a horrible result . In sum the mediator was so good at reading the emotions of the parties . It’s a horrible way to resolve a case .
