Is zero stars an option? Because of Janna my three children were put through the trauma of losing their mother. She withheld evidence and lied to the court saying"my client is for CPS having conservatorship" when I was not, she never fought for their best interest, she lied to me and deceived me then withdrew when OCMM took interest in our case on behalf of the children. If she had submitted the documents I provided at the first hearing my children would have been safe with me. Now they have been kept from their mother 2 years without contact. She did things behind my back against what she knew I wanted. I will be making a complaint to the Bar.

It’s sad to see these negative reviews but sometimes people will not get what they want so they feel the need to bash, but for me Ms. Gustafson is one of the best family lawyers I have come across. She is caring and wants the best for her clients. She ensure to build a rapport making sure that you know that you’re just as important as the next client that walks through her door. I was in a bad place financially and her office worked with me so that I could fight for my children. If you want an attorney that cares for you and is genuinely concerned with helping your family this is the law firm to look to.

She’s unprofessional. She’ll ignore your calls , lie to you .. I’ve been waiting 6 months for a denova hearing that she said she was going to reschedule for because the first hearing that was given to us she couldn’t make it due to a death ..(I’m not insensitive ) but my court hearing never got rescheduled and my son has started that process of being adopted out. She doesn’t really care but will portray as if she does. I’ll text her call her multiple times through out the months and she’ll just leave my messages on read! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone and because of her I am unable to have a denova which means my lil boy is lost to this stupid system.

The worse lawyer you ever came across, drag your case forever and have all the excuse in the book why she's not doing her job, you need call her and the office a million times in order to get an info about your case and most of the time no one know anything, she spend half of the year sick and with family issues and your case never gets done. Save your time $$$ and patience and stay away ,she's a sorry excuse of a lawyer.

Ms. Gustafson helped us tremendously. We really appreciate all she did.
