Had a great experience dealing with Mr. Jansen. However, my experience with Rachel was nothing comparable. I had contacted Rachel in regards to divorce proceedings. Summarizing my experience....very unresponsive, not helpful nor engaged with my matters at all. Very difficult to get a hold of or even get a response to numerous follow up emails. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism!
