(Just an update if he dont like your honest review he will call you and be incredibly rude even though he only finally called because he saw the review thanks for wishing me luck this review is 1000% honest and i can happily provide emails to back the information)Incredibly disappointing!!! He never answers the phone and doesn't email back! He mis typed my custody agreement and filed it when I pointed out the mistake over 2 months ago he said he would change it and I've never heard from him since! Biggest disappointment ever I really had hoped he would put in some effort to help myself and my daughter I will now be going back to court again with a new lawyer to fix jarrods mistakes!!! I cannot stress enough don't waste your time!!!! Keep in mind I've emailed and called him multiple times over the past few weeks before posting this and still NOTHING

I used Jarrod W Smith to handle my misdemeanor. He did a fantastic job my case was dismissed, no fine, no probation and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Worst atty out there i wouldnt use him no matter if he was the last atty so people dont waste ure money

Jarrod Smith does not know the law and waits 4 months to tell you he lost a case and won't take ours now cause he lost cause he didn't research he want a 1500$ retainer he ain't worth 15cents so plz don't waste your time or money
