I beg to differ. This attorney is NOT the best in Randolph county. I have always based ratings on an individual’s work ethic and customer service. Mr. Welch scores very low in these areas. He displayed zero compassion and concern for us as his clients. Mr. Welch also delivered extreme rudeness to me when asking for any updates on the case I hired him to represent. I have never been so floored by the actions of someone who claims to be professional. I do not recommend this attorney for anyone that needs help with the traffic violations (or any case for that fact) issued in Randolph County. WASTE OF MONEY. File your own paperwork and represent yourself because he will not WORK FOR YOU! ****Clients BEWARE!*****
