Last August, my son, a student at FIT, had a motorcycle accident where a car stopped suddenly in front of him and he rear ended the car doing minimal damage to the car. The accident fractured my son's pelvis. As he was laying on the sidewalk in pain, the Melbourne PD proceeded to write him a bunch of tickets and threatened to arrest him because they would not accept his VA motorcycle class cert as proof of a license. They also wrote tickets regarding his speed and attention when the police were nowhere near the accident. The police eventually called the EMT and he was taken to the hospital with a broken pelvis, wrist and foot. After calling another attorney, I was referred to Jason. He was great. He assured us that once he spoke to the police officer and county attorney, he could help lower or dismiss most of the tickets. He was able to do so without my son having to appear as he was recovering and trying to take classes. Ultimately we had the all but one ticket dismissed, the driving without a license dismissed and no points. I would use him again anytime!

He handled my criminal case that was, in my opinion, improperly brought by the State's Attorney as the facts of the case were not supported by an indictment.
