Wow!!! This must be pure filth to not even get more than 1 decent review....??????????? I rented an appt. about 10 yrs ago, I left due to it being trash, and had mold. I owed 1 months rent. They had a flood at the complex a couple yrs later and then decided to come after me. They have garnished my taxes ever since, and now garnishing my already non existent wages. Mind you I only owed $600. That apparently turned into 4,000. Hence why I haven't paid. This attorney office is disgusting and has never taken my call. I don't know how y'all sleep at night . May you all that work there recieve back all you have dished out to people. ???? Everything comes full circle in the end??

I rented an apartment from one of the properties that this crum represents in 2017 after my husband passed away in our home. I moved out about a month later because it was nasty. The leasing agent smoked pot in the office and would have her people all hanging out in the office and in the buildings. My son then 1 could not even stay with me because I found mold that triggered his asthma so bad he was hospitalized. Here we are in 2024 they took 1,607 from my state taxes in February and are now garnishing my checks. Mind you I only owed 1,607. I received a letter from this crums secretary stating they received their money. When I called to inquire as to why they are still taken money from my checks she stated they never received the money and that they probably won’t receive it until mid April. So how is this by any means allowed. And I’m pretty sure I paid them in 2021 with my state taxes. She kept talking over me and proceeded to say they will continue taking my wages until they receive the money they took from my state taxes. There’s no way I owed as much as they have already taken from me. As I stated I only lived at the property for one month. I refuse to let this go. Clearly I’m not the only one woke to what they are scheming.

This company/law firm is ripping people off! I paid a garnishment off and this place/person whatever it is kept taking my money for months! Now I gotta file a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission and the State of Michigan Treasurey Dept. to get what should have never been took from me in the first place. They send paperwork saying that they garnishment been paid off but you continue to take money from people for months? This shouldn't even be allowed to keep happening over and over with no one held accountable for people getting robbed. Literally

I was sold a lemon used car and financed by credit acceptance. Lost my job and even after attempting to make payment arrangements I was sent to collections and forced to deal with this ridiculous excuse of a business. I have had the hardest time receiving assistance with these people. Word of advice, If you ever get garnished and they come after you, please know that their entire system is set up for you to fail. Even setting up payment arrangements means nothing, they will still come after you, even when you are actively trying to pay your responsibilities.. They only allow mailed in payments, so God forbid the mail takes one too many days to get your payment in, and boom you are garnished again. And getting help from the reps is impossible. They will repeatedly tell you that they cannot help you, or disclose any information about your case, yet take your money and ask for your social security number. I am currently filing for bankruptcy because then I will never have to deal with them ever again. I wish I could give 0 stars

My son purchased a lemon thru ford motor acceptance corporation. The lemon was repossessed due to a delay in my son's military pay. Due to his address changes with the military, the debt ended up being turned over to this law office which took the debt to court without ever contacting me. Garnished my bank account and state taxes, even when I kept my payment arrangements with them. I feel that the day this man gets barred from law practice will be a day long awaited for all of the victims he and his firm have abused! I was not surprised to read that his other family member has already been disbarred, only surprised that this guy didn't learn a lesson from his relatives mistakes. I am paying them a settlement and requesting a written settlement agreement to stop his harassment. Nice to know this is the way he treats our military members training to defend our country!
