I paid Jeff the full amount requested to file a chapter 7. I turned in all paperwork needed. I went through the 'course' required. I have the e mail that Jeff sent asking me if I was ready to file since everything was ready to go and my reply of "yes, ready." He never filed. I never recieved an explanation of why. I requested he return my money. He never did that either. Never received a reply. I will be making two phone calls. One to an honest attorney and one to the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
Jeff and Tatum are great people to work with. I have had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy 3 times in my life. I will never have to file again, I will keep that promise to myself. Jeffrey Andrews has represented me each time and done just an absolutely amazing job each and every time!
