I couldn't give a higher recommendation. They represented my wife and did an outstanding job all the way through having a hearing. The results were excellent. We were always treated with kindness and respect. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Erin Pitcher handled our case and made things very easy. Thanks to all.

They do not care about you. They don't keep you updated and they constantly put everything off. I fired them when denied after the reconsideration. I was not going to deal with them over another year or so (it's already been over a year) for the hearing. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because there is an amazing lady who answers the phones sometimes named Debbie. She was very personable and really helpful. Just wish she didn't work at a place like this

Rarely heard from the office. During my actual court hearing my lawyer barely spoke up for me, got my diagnoses wrong and didn't bother to mention the crippling diagnoses I have! After it was over, I knew I was going to be denied. I could see it all over the judges face. My lawyer rushed out of there and was very impatient when I tried talking to her. Well guess what folks? I was denied and my lawyer chose not to pursue my case further which is fine. I'll get it done on my own. Find a better law office people!

Be careful with THIS place they set me back 2 years, made numerous mistakes and were far from attentive!! After getting a unfavorable appeal decision they sent me a letter stating that they werent going to move further ahead in the next step!! It was worth an appeal and then all of the sudden it isnt!! They messed up my paperwork more than once and even placed blame on each other for filing my appeal late! Then they inform me by letter a month and a half later that they werent going any further and want to send me a bill and left me with ten days to handle what I had to since they didnt do their job.!! They are next to impossible to reach and shuffle around your case from one person to the next! Clueless and I will be filing a complaint with state board! If you want your case fumbled and tossed aside like dirty laundry then spit out choose this firm! What a joke and Im surprised they even keep a law license!!Plus I'm having to do their job since they lost my case!!Come to find out they didnt submit important papers that would have won my case!!DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FIRM IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE IN WORSE SHAPE THAN BEFORE NOT WORTH IT TRUST ME ON THIS!!

This law firm is a JOKE. My mother has been fighting for her disability since 2013 and made the unfortunate decision of hiring this office. They were recommended by a family friend and it turned out to be a disaster. Connie Diamond has no business running this office. She DOES NOT care about her clients and CANNOT be bothered to do her job. How is it they're going to automatically take a large chunk of their clients money, but not do their jobs? SMH. Now that my mother is on her last appeal and expressed her dissatisfaction with this office and their lack of urgency with her case and her deteriorating health, they have passed her case on to another law firm. Which in the long run, is probably a blessing. The new attorney filed the appeal that Donna has been putting off for months, in 10 minutes. Really? It took 10 minutes? And my mom has been calling and calling with no response? Give me a break. What a pathetic excuse for a business. DO NO HIRE THIS FIRM if you are looking for someone who will truly fight for you. Keep on searching.
