Do not hire him, he will not help you and you will not win. He’s easily upset and angry and very unprofessional. He seemed very uncomfortable and afraid of the judge. He will spend more time talking about useless irrelevant things on your billing time than he will actually working on a winning case. The amount billed for “research” on a simple case was very surprising giving his years as a lawyer. Surprised he’s still practicing law.
