My family used Jeff a few times. But about 18 months ago. I gave him 5000.00 retainer for my brother who was never charged. Instead of returning retainer he bill my brother for going to talk with prosecutors over the phone. My brother talked with him in the office a couple of times. If that's 5000.00 of work he should be charged for stealing.
