As Army veterans, and moving 30 times during John's 26 year career in the Army, we have had our run-ins with some shady moving companies, real estate dealers, time share pirates, and unscrupulous people attempting to sue us in our profession as nurses, we have been through the legal gamete. Ok. Not sure about this one. I was told one thing, got another. He told me at first, that they had no case, don't plea to anything. Ok, well I was charged with dui, hit, and run, and failure to maintain lane. I was way under the limit, had no blood test ran, and I was the one hit. After talking to mason, he said they have no case, built me up, saying maybe I should take it to trial, I told him, I wasn't ready at that moment, to make any decisions. He then talked to the D. A, then returned all fired up, telling me, they dropped the dui, and, I have the choice of which charge to take, if I want to plea out. Either failure to maintain lane, or hit and run. He advised me to take his choice of failure to maintain lane, since it only comes with a fine of $147, compared to a fine of over $500, and probation, and hard suspension of license. I asked for a continuance, when I came back to court, he says I have to take both, so now I'm looking at probation, and over $700 in fines, plus a hard suspension. Now once I expressed my hard feelings, he did get the judge to let me do community service, instead of paying fines, which to me proves he knows he messed up. Anyway, he did help me out, but, I was not given the deal, I was told, even though, I was told They had no case to begin with. Take from that what you will!

During a deeply hurtful situation they were cold and misunderstanding of a woman who loved her father very much. Not to mention the discrepancies on the dividing of the estate, adding 6 extra heirs who just wanted a check. And guess who now owns the land, Rountrees family. Who immediately destroyed and built subdivisions worth millions in profit, awful big coincidence ????. But I'm only an educated man that must have things backwards...or so I was told by the para.
