I needed the services of an attorney and this firm delivered. I worked exclusively with Attorney Shiffler and Culleen Hoehn, paralegal. From the first meeting, I felt comfortable knowing they would be handling my case. Items and forms were prepared quickly and explained, and communication was great. When they needed action on my part they reached out. When I had questions they were addressed quickly. I believe it made the process about as smooth as it could have been. Thank you!

Was charged a fee for attorney Grunewald to talk to the plaintiff's attorney before we even had our first consultation! As was told by the legal assistant that they don't charge for the first consultation and then was told during the zoom meeting I was being charged. Wanted a 10K retainer for a simple case.

Edit, after being told several times that the Defendant would be paying for all fee's "ex landlord" the guy handling my case left the firm and "Bill" the new attorney said I would have to pay $4,600.00 to them which the old attorney Adam stated the Defendant would pay. So before they will garnishee the defendant's wages I have to pay the $4,600 in full which is a bunch of lies. Being promised several things from one attorney who quits and not having the support by the owner of the firm and being told I could pay a reduced price if paid in full and then all of a sudden nothing at all! They went from a 5 star down to a 1 star.

I’d rate zero stars for Grunewald if I could. Worst lawyer I have ever encountered. Inattentive. Didn’t do what he at he said he would do, yet somehow managed to bill for hours of “services”. What a joke. Complete waste of money. Save your cash—go elsewhere.
