Not helpful at all never got back with me like they said they would

Sold our home and buyer used Estes and Kennedy as closing agent. Very disappointed in the process as closing agent failed to file closing documents sufficiently in advance in order to have the necessary paperwork needed by closing date. This resulted in our having to wait a month for closure of escrow and receiving our equity from selling the house. The apparent poor communication between realtor and closing agent caused unnecessary stress and delays.

Very friendly and very professional with house closing. Recommend them very highly.
