I received a speeding ticket from a state trooper in Nash county, and even though it cost a pretty penny, my ticket was reduced to a non-moving violation without me having to show up to court. I thought Jessica and her team were extremely responsive and on the ball during the entire process. And the icing on the cake was that no points were added to my license, and my insurance rate did not increase.

I haven't needed an attorney until now and she was great. I was nervous but the reviews pushed me to ask her for help. My ticket was resolved fast and both her and her secretary were very professional and kind.

Straight GARBAGE!! Completely changes her story after speaking with her a second time. I try to make a payment to her firm yet they don't know how much to charge me so I was told to wait till Jessica calls me back. A week later she NEVER does and tries to, yet acted like she did (which I heard her employee say the date she was referring to that she called me, she was told that was the date I actually called her) then completely changes her price and approach. She was originally going to try and see what she could work out with other party but apparently completely forgot. Now I have court in the morning and no lawyer!! Thanks for nothing!! I should of listened to the rumors about her in district Court.
