I was able to sit down and speak with Mr. Squyres for an assignment that I have with one of my college classes. His wife contacted me promptly, scheduled me within the same week, and they were very kind and professional during the interview. I am completely disappointed with this law firm. I work with a young lady name Kylee Squyers for about two months dealing with a traffic ticket. We’ve spoken on the phone and I’ve sent numerous of emails with documents pertaining to my case. I paid on time and made sure I sent everything the firm needed to help me. After confirming that Kylee would take care of the notice on my license and send me a receipt stating everything has been paid and taken care of. Kylee did not follow up with me after I paid my fee’s, and no updated documents that everything was taken care of. Horrible customer service. I will not be using them again!
