Don’t listen to those negative reviews! James Betzold was extremely prepared and professional. Whenever Betzold said he was going to do something, he got it done and let us know accordingly. His pricing was reasonable considering the work that needed to get done, some of the reviewers need to understand that things don’t magically happen. Life has its ups and downs but even with our doubts at first, it was an absolute investment having gone through the process and doing things the right way!
