com Attached is a draft of the lease assignment. Landlord will most likely require an attorney review. That won't happen most likely until Monday or Tuesday. I'll have the Final documents ready for signatures and notarization by Wednesday at the latest. The total charge for the assignment will be $1600.00 and will need to be upon signing, as well as the Security deposit and First months rent($18,850.50) according to the terms of the lease. (See attached) Have a great weekends.

drove 45 min to pick up check for business transaction to find out the statement and check balance did not match and had to drive away with nothing. Was explained last minute after I arrived why it didn't match when they should be emailing me what the exact amount the difference was and why so I don't have any sudden surprises. Was told to wait for wiring the next day. unprofessional

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to JK Law Group Deborah took my case and worked tirelessly on my behalf to help me survive physically & financially after a hit & run car accident. If it wasn’t for her analytical skills & knowledge, the matter won’t have been settled by now. I would highly recommend Deborah, she is Awesome. Thank you so much for your time & professionalism!

Unprofessional experience. JK Law group was the escrow agent for purchase of my home. Lot of confusion in closing paperwork and handover of keys from seller. JK Law Group colluded with the seller, delayed processing land transfer and delayed the handover of the keys. As a buyer was left confused with when the keys will handed over and had to make other temporary arrangements for my stay. JK Law Group didnt follow principles of being unbiased and dealing with all parties amicably. Watch out before you engage them.
