Seemed like the right attorney for the job. When we initially spoke, he seemed enthusiastic , empathetic and informative. His retainer was $2500 and hourly is $250. I agree to pay and scheduled a meeting for a later date. The day of the meeting he called to inform me of a perceived conflict of interest. Told me there’s other good attorneys, wished me well, Then hung up. Strong start at least.
