WOW!!!!! What an AWFUL woman you guys have answering phones. I called in for SIMPLE information regarding a foreclosure and I will never recommend this firm to anybody. My very first time buying a house, I’m also trying to accommodate my son who is permanently disabled and trying to get information - so I can provide a safe, and affordable house to him. I’ve never been treated so rudely by someone. SO glad my personal attorneys and their office staff have never acted this way. One of the rudest, non compassionate, non empathetic persons I’ve ever spoken to.

Called with a simple question about an added fee for a "bad check" that was never written. I hardly use checks these days and the few times I have used checks I have never in my life written a bad or bounced check. I was told it's 20 dollars and that it is what it is. The lack of care and neglect to help resolve my question and was very unsettling.

Top notch firm. Johna Bella is on top of the case. She gets the job done! I'd recommend her to any servicer or agency.
