Hired Mr Saxon in 2005 for being fired when I had a stroke but employer thought I was ‘on’ something. Had 5 counts against my former employer and was told by John Saxon that it would go to a jury trial. 5 counts included Wrongful Termination, Breach of Contract, sexual Harassment and 2 othercounts. After failed attempts to speak with Mr Saxon and being pawned off on to a junior partner or paralegal (?) for quite some time AND being told when I actually DID speak to Saxon himself, was told that he thought opposing counsel was either I’ll or had a substance abuse problem. I finally called Tuscaloosa Courts and wastold that my case had been dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE in 2011!!!! I NEVER RECEIVED A LETTER OR EVEN A PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE AT SAXON & ASSOCIATES informing me of the time frame to refile the suit!! The opposing counsel was indeed on drugs and is NO LONGER PRACTICING LAW AT ALL!! I believe Mr Saxon saw me as a small fish in a big pond and he should FIGURE OUT A WAY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!! Whether it comes from his pockets or not! I am contacting theBar Association TOMORROW! I will find out if I can take legal action against Saxon and Associates for their NEGLIGENCE!!!
