I would highly recommend this lawyer. Attorney Haupt is a true professional. He is very easy to talk to and gives you the information that you need to make the best decisions for your case. I feel he helped me get the best outcome possible. His fees are very reasonable for the work he does. I wouldn't hesitate to get his services again if needed.

John ripped me off, after being recommended by a friend who told me he had reasonable prices and would be 5 to 6 hundred for a retainer, i went and talked to him. I had to pay a consultation fee which wasn't bad. I explained to him i had two separate cases one for Stark and one for Mahoning county. He told me $ 1200 retainer. That to was OK since i had two cases. Needless to say i only spoke to him twice after our initial consolation and never went to court. He did get me visitation, that me and my sons mother came into his office and agreed to everything which he had his paralegal print up and submit for him. So i never got visitation with my daughter and he had the audacity to ask for another $ 1200. I can't believe i asked for a itemized bill and never received one, i have went in and left messages no reply. I gave him 1200 and he asked for another 1200 and we never seen court and he maybe had an hour of actual work he did. That doesn't justify 1200 dollars of service. Please stay away from this despicable human being.

He was appointed to a case involving an abused child, and due to personal reasons, lied and manipulated the court in the defendants favor. The abuser was able to see his kid 6 months after the incident. This man is nothing but garbage.

Worst experience with him as GAL. He thinks he knows how a parent, parents their children. Uses his own life to dictate the situation. Sad truly sad.
