I just called this business to attempt to get information about using them for real estate closing. I called and got hung up on. Called again, got hung up on. Called again and the lady sounded like I woke her up from her nap. Then I asked questions regarding costs associated with home closing and what they did. I then asked what their turn around time was for once they received the closing documents as we were on a quick close time frame. She stated she didn’t understand. I said well some law firms I called stated it only took them 2 days to close once they received the documents, including the title search. She stated they take awhile to do the close because they outsource their title search. She then asked me if they already had my documents (I called to get information on whether I wanted to use them) because the closing attorney was going to be gone starting June 10th (I stated I needed someone June 7th) and that they would be gone for 2-3 weeks so they wouldn’t probably be able to accommodate my close anyways. I stated that I told her I needed someone prior to that date but it was probably clear they wouldn’t be able to make my needed quick close deadline (not to mention they are obviously needing a more organized front desk person to help out). I can see a lot of business lost this way.

Used Tantum for a Realestate transaction and it was a very smooth process. Would definitely recommend
