John represented me in one of the most drawn out and difficult divorces, probably ever seen in our county. John was simply amazing and he demolished my ex-husband and his lawyer, who was also one of the top attorneys in our area. Not only is he a phonomenal attorney, but also very reasonably priced and is willing to work with his clients. I will forever highly recomment John Cutchin!

Mr. Cutchin is honest and is very much straight to the point. He is busy and does not have time for games. Know what you want and he will guide and fight for you. His paralegals are fantastic. Do not think any attorney will read your mind and get you immediate results. Clients have to learn, ask questions and also put time into preparation for a solid case. He charges much less than other attorneys in the area. A consultation is not as expensive in comparison, either. If you have any remaining account balance, he will refund you. John does not take every client that calls or consults and he does not do so to pay for a life of luxury. He is passionate about family law. For me, John was the only choice in value and price and is respected by his colleagues and the courts!

I went to see John over some custody issues. He did not give me any legal advices at all. On top of that he was yelling and fussing at me. He refused to shake my hand after the consultation. His answer was I don't do handshakes. How unprofessional is that?!?! If you want someone on your side n fight for you. John is not it. He will probably just tell you that he don't do handshake after he loses your case or that you should have just given him your lifesaving just to retain him. NO THANK YOU!! I rather deal with a lawyer who's actually on my side. I can not believe how rude and unprofessional John was. I heard he was a good lawyer, but after speaking to him. I wouldn't hired him even if he was pro bono (Free). This is my kid I'm talking about and I feel like he could care less if he win or loses regardless of the best interest of the child. Take your money and time elsewhere because you will be just wasting your time with John. Smh. I'm flabbergasted. How can someone like this be a custody lawyer??? He acts more like a criminal defense lawyer than a custody lawyer. If you still decide to hire him, dont cry when he loses your case. (Won't shake your hand because he lost your case)

Mr. Cutchins is the best!! My son Aaron went to him to get joint custody papers for his son. The mother and him had already worked out how they were going to do the joint custody. So this was considered a friendly suit. A few changes were made to the papers and it was done just like that. They were able to keep it out of court and everything. I highly recommend Mr. Cutchins to anyone.

DO NOT hire this money leech, I paid him $4300.00 and he sent the same email $s everal times for over a year, $forwarded! Then he demanded an additional $2000.00 to proceed (most likely with the same email) when I told him that I didn't have the money, he withdrew from being my attorney, so he basically stole $4300.00 from a single, minimum wage, part time working mom!!! A real, stand up citizen he is! ???????????? And to top it off, I am still not divorced!!!!! I will have to pay someone else to get me divorced from an abusive relationship, so very sad!!!!!!!
