I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jacobs since I was 28 years old. My family history is why, I went to Dr. Jacobs. I’m now 53 years old. I trust Dr. Jacobs, is honest, and a person of empathy and high intergrity I trust Dr. Jacobs with my life and health for over 30 years! I can never repay Dr. Jacobs for the comfort and reassurance that early detection is preventative for breast cancer! 07/15/2021 Dr.Jacobs saved my dad’s life. Do I need to say more? My dad had pancreatic cancer. Our family doctor referred us to Dr. Jacobs. Dr. Jacobs conferred with our family doctor on a further diagnosis and agreed on whipple surgery which is very complex. My Dad is 88 year old, so we were very hesitant to go through with it. But we did our research and found our that Dr. Jacobs has performed over 600 whipple surgeries during his career. Dr. Jacobs, was very confident that my Dad was a good candidate and that he would recover well. He was spot on. While my Dad was recovering in Providence Hospital for 13 days, we learned even more about this doctor. The nurses and staff who know him said that if they have to go under the knife they will only trust Dr. Jacobs. I know for sure the whole floor were patients that he performed surgeries on--patients like my Dad who trusted him with their lives. It's been 3 Months now and my dad is doing very well. I am convinced that Dr. Jacobs was sent by God! Not only does he have the best bedside manner, he explains everything thoroughly, answers all your questions and gives it to you straight...which I love! He even answers your calls! His colleagues and staff are very professional and kind. It has been a pleasurable experience during a scary time. Thank you everyone for being so caring! ????
