An initial buyer backed out after signing the first purchase and sale and he continued to work with me when I found the next buyer. He went above and beyond answering questions and providing additional legal services, such as creating a Hold Harmless agreement for the buyer to store items at my house prior to closing. Additionally, I moved out of state prior to closing and John and Nancy did everything to ensure a clean close - including overnighting documents for me to sign with explicit instructions.
