(Opinion)Terrible experience. Absolutely no communication and showed up almost 40 minutes late to my mediation. Felt rushed. And still had to pay the full fee for his services. Wanted to know our personal stories on why we were getting divorced. I'm not sure why this is when I thought the sole purpose of mediation was to come to an agreement on assets. I felt like he liked to watch us argue in front of him. Want to make this very clear, this is an opinion, and in no way I am I trying to slander or defamate his character in any way.

10/10 recommend John! I've worked with him for about 6 years as he was the GAL in my case. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to get in contact with, professional, and has a great sense of judgement. Throughout my time working with John, he remained consistent and direct. I never once felt left in the dark about anything. You can tell he is passionate about his work, along with the office staff.

This office came highly recommended from a friend. I can not offer the same recommendation. I can tell you from my experience there was a serious lack of any communication or professionalism throughout the whole process. It was as if I should have studied divorce law myself. I should of known what to expect. I am divorced so he did get that part of the job done. Anything else... You're on your own.

Mr. Appelbaum is the consummate professional in every way. We could not have been more satisfied with the result he was able to achieve for our family. Frankly, I found it quite inspiring to watch someone with such command of their craft do what he does with such skill and precision. You can tell he is well respected by his peers and the judge when he enters the courtroom, he knows his way around the place very well. Before our session started, I noticed another attorney asking John for his advice on one of the cases she was working on, he seemed all to happy to help. That is the experience you get with John. Carol his assistant is also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have as well. Overall an Excellent Experience for me, this is my GO TO GUY for legal matters from now on.

I had a bad experience working with them and won’t again. I notified them that a service had a charge and they created ill will between my office and their client. This is really unfair.
