IT STARTED OUT AS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, BUT AFTER THAT THEY STARTED ACTING RUDE WHEN WE CALLED TO GET STATUS ON OUR CASE AND NOW WHEN I DO CALL BECAUSE THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE TXT ANYMORE THEY HAVE ATTITUDES ..I HONESTLY WISH I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT GROUP INSTEAD OF RUSHES WITH THE FIRST ONE I CALLED

First thang is most people filing bankruptcy don't have much money I wouldn't assume and I think it's crazy if you don't have the whole 1300 dollars up front they make you pay 1900 that a 600 dollar upcharge plus I was told we get a 1200 dollar promise we will get to keep 300 dollars and didn't then said if we make under 2500 on are taxes we should get to keep it made 671 didn't get to keep it just fill like I was lied to and they made us fill secure at first once we gave them the 475 down payment it went down hill felt very tooken advantage of
