John, Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge, prompt response and attention to my encounter with the archaic system that is in place there. If not for your law license I would have been railroaded like I am sure many other's have been unfortunately and unknowingly. I emplore you to get back behind the bench where you belong to ensure "justice " is handled equally and impartiality like the Constitution requires. I have contacted the New York state legislative branch to rid the system that is in place there. Citizens should be only "judged" by a person that has a law degree and has sworn to uphold the rights we have as citizens that our Constitution grants its citizens. The "Good Ole Boy" system that is in place there needs to be abolished. The State needs to get rid of the "money grab" system that is there. I have no idea how it has gone on this long. We are in the 21st century and for some reason that area hasn't evolved with the rest of the country. Please join me in the fight to require that archaic system be dismantled and replaced with a real Justice system!! Thank you again you have given me hope for the future and hopefully many people are represented by you, someone that truly cares about our rights as citizens!!
