Definitely avoid this place of possible. Was very rude and his Personality is less than poor, acted like he did not even care even if he did not handle the case, paralegal knew nothing of what the lawyer did and set up a consultation for absolutely nothing and said they didn’t handle that type of law, but the personality was completely unacceptable Seven times. Had to restrain myself from speaking aloud. Definitely no hospitality or professionalism. And definitely, I complete lack of respect to the male but no so much with the female (my wife) Needs to learn southern hospitality, and respect ?????????????????????????????

You would be better off representing yourself. I know what you're thinking, you don't know the law. Exactly! Just find a different attorney or represent yourself.

As a loan officer, its always great to partner with a law firm that can get the job done. Each transaction I've had with these guys is always timely and professional. Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience my father had Ron nester write his will and estate after passing I made an appointment with mr. nester .he was very unhelpful , failed to give me information I needed for probate then when I called his office his secretary told me he passed my “case” on to another person who was on vacation. The secretary wouldn’t return my phone calls. Mr. nester told my father if anything happened all that would need to be done is turn in the will and estate he wrote. When we went in after he passed away he wanted to charge $3000.00 more to file the will he already wrote. I would not Recommend mr. nester all he told us one thing before paying for the will and then a completely different thing after my father passed.
