Sent an email inquiry through their website earlier last week. No phone call or communication afterwards. I then decided to call and inquire about a consultation a few days later, as I live several hours away. The receptionist took down my information and basic facts about my case and told me that a paralegal would call me back to schedule a consultation. Fast forward to today. I call and ask if I could schedule a consultation and explain that I have yet to receive a call back about my previous inquiry. I was placed on hold, and then told that the office cannot take my case because "the attorneys don't have time". While I understand being a busy law firm, I wasn't even given a consultation and I picked this specific office for a reason over all others. I've read some great reviews on here, and I am disappointed that I cannot add another great review for this law firm. I would have greatly appreciated my time not being wastednnEDITED TO ADD: Valerie did call to speak to me today about my experience with her law firm, and my case. I do appreciate the phone call very much, although they still did not take my case. We were able to determine that the emails that were sent had been sent to an email address that was not mine. That is why I did not hear from her.

Leto and Kathy were quick to respond to my plea for help when I emailed them in March. Their support, understanding and constant communication has been so helpful throughout this process. From the beginning they have stood strong in my corner and fought for my case in every way possible, like they were fighting for themselves. This year I experienced my first law suit. Working with Mrs. Johnson and her staff made the experience seamless. She and her staff returned my calls/ emails in a very timely fashion. Mrs. Johnson took the necessary time to explain things to me in a manner which I could understand and I always knew what would be the next steps. If you are looking for a law firm that treats their clients like you are their only client, look no further.

Valerie Johnson was my workers comp atty in 1995. She fought for me for 12 years. She's not only the BEST atty. She is also one of the most compassionate and kindest person on this planet.
