I waited 7 months for a reply from the IRS in regards to a legal application that Attorney Johnson told me he had filed with that agency . After receiving no reply from the IRS, I called Attorney Johnson’s office several times . After receiving no reply from the Attorney, I called the IRS , and learned that Attorney Johnson had just filed my application, obviously in response to my numerous inquiry’s to his office . Instead of calling me to inform me that he never filed the application , he scrambled behind my back and filed the application seven months later than what he had initially told me . Attorney Johnson also told me 10 months ago that he would have estate planning done in a week or two . That didn’t happen either . After 9 or 10 months of waiting on two separate legal issues , I have received no service from this law firm , but did receive a nearly 5000.00 bill. Would never ever do business with this law firm.
Never return calls, over months an months for billing. Probably trying to add more to their wallet. Has the secretaries handle all the calls an never return any after several attempts, on going for months. Ridiculous. Probably the only real review they have on here not of relation. I’ll give another maybe once they take care of there responsibilities appropriately an in a timely matter.
Worst and most incompetent attorney ever. I hired Nathan for a mediation in 2018. He drafted an agreement in violation of court rules. He failed to respond to court request for update and my case got dismissed because he failed to respond the court and me. I have sued Nathan for his failure. Don't waste money on this incompetent attorney ever!
Attorney Richard Kuenzi assisted me with a real estate type issue. The issue was quickly resolved in my favor. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and outcome, and would recommend Attorney Kuenzi and this firm.
