Actually, I have known Jon for a number of years now. Very excellent attorney, very proficient with every part of every detail involved. I have now hired Jon three times now. Jon Bailey is an amazing attorney that sticks with you no matter what! I was in a horrible situation and being screwed over by the State. Jon stuck by my side and fought every step of the way through I don't know how many hearings. After FIVE YEARS, we finally won and convinced the judge that what the State did was completely wrong and my case was dismissed!! I was referred to John almost as a gift. I called and went through 34 different lawyers in Kansas City. I had an actual case, but no one wanted to take it because of how complex it was. a friend of mine made the phone call, and Jon agreed to take my case. On the day of court, Jon didn’t use anything I had prepared. HE’s THAT GOOD. He lit the plaintiff up! He positioned himself for the plaintiff to hang himself, and he knew the judges. He knew how he ran their courtrooms, and we used that to our advantage. Jon is worth every penny. I can’t say that enough. I can't say enough!
