This is the most useless law firm that one could waste their money on. My case was taken up by David Burbidge and he is a pathetic lawyer. At best he provided very expensive receptionist services for my case. Where he removed the pertinent information I provided or informed me of thousands of reason why it should not be used (while opposing party wrote unfettered on same points) and moved the file I wrote to the court. Beyond that it is 0 value for money and time invested. No legal counsel, no reasoning in the court. I had to beg him to fight in court and he still did not do so. The only thing he is good at is to talk to the opposing lawyer and reach settlements that would harm you in order to keep his track record of not loosing cases. I wish I had not hired an attorney at all, it would have been a better experience than hiring lawyer from this firm. Stay away at all costs...
